Very easy recipe with only 2 ingredients, no refine sugar and naturally gluten free. You will definitely love it and do it again and again. The secret is in the hazelnut praline which is with stevia and has grated hazelnut pieces in it.
Sisinni company  has this praline. But if you don’t mind the sugar, make this Ice Cream with another praline and your ice cream will turn out fantastic too. You choose any praline you want. If you make it with homemade praline (see recipe here) you will be even more excited.
As you may have already guessed this ice cream stick mold has become one of my favorite. Of course, you can do it normally in a plastic food container and take it out with the ice cream scoop in a bowl. I say you, because I will take whole in front of me and I could not stop until all its gone to my tummy and as you understand this is not good for me. 🙂
Tip: Check off the ingredients you have used in the recipe or note the ingredients you have and add the rest to you shopping list to buy them. - Attention: All ingredients must be checked that are Gluten-Free and without traces of gluten.

- I chose Sissini’s Nocciolata praline because it is sugar-free and has the grated hazelnut pieces in it. You choose any praline you want. If you make it with homemade praline (see recipe here) you will be even more excited.
- The grated hazelnut pieces give another dimension to the taste and therefore it would be good to add them if your praline does not have them.
- If you want it sweeter add more maple syrup or agave syrup.
- As many grams are your praline is, add the same amount of Greek (strained) yogurt.
- If your yogurt is too thick, you can thin it with 1-2 tablespoons of water or milk.
Good Luck and Bon Appétit!!!
