A very easy recipe for baked sole or cod fish fillet that both children and adults will love. A cooking method for a delicious fish dish that will not be fried and will not dry out by baking them.

It’s a recipe that I saw on TV on a morning show many, many years ago.

We all love fish, especially now that the summer is over and we have memories of the days we were at the sea or where we wish we had gone.

In the summer, of course, when fish are in abundance, I recommend fresh fish that you or your fisherman will fillet. Frozen fish, on the other hand, is a great convenience because it’s usually already filleted, so you’ll save a lot of time. You also have them in your freezer and when you need something quick, tasty and light meal, you take out the fish from freezer and make this recipe.

  • I do not write how much salt and how much pepper is needed because this is how you want the taste.
  • I recommend fresh fish that you or your fisherman will fillet. Frozen fish, on the other hand, is a great convenience because it’s usually already filleted, so you’ll save a lot of time.
