A very easy recipe for baked sole or cod fish fillet that both children and adults will love. A cooking method for a delicious fish dish that will not be fried and will not dry out by baking them.
It’s a recipe that I saw on TV on a morning show many, many years ago.
We all love fish, especially now that the summer is over and we have memories of the days we were at the sea or where we wish we had gone.
In the summer, of course, when fish are in abundance, I recommend fresh fish that you or your fisherman will fillet. Frozen fish, on the other hand, is a great convenience because it’s usually already filleted, so you’ll save a lot of time. You also have them in your freezer and when you need something quick, tasty and light meal, you take out the fish from freezer and make this recipe.

Tip: Check off the ingredients you have used in the recipe or note the ingredients you have and add the rest to you shopping list to buy them. - Attention: All ingredients must be checked that are Gluten-Free and without traces of gluten.
Abbreviations: g=grams • kg= kilograms • cup=250 ml • tsp= teaspoon=5 ml •  tbsp= tablespoon=3 tsp=15 ml • ml= millilitre= (1ml=0.034 fl oz / 1fl oz=29.6 ml) • l=litre/liter=1000ml
Grease a pan or pyrex pan and lay the fish fillets on it, after first having sprinkled them with salt and pepper.
Put the parsley, garlic and oil in a food processor and chop them.
In a bowl, rub the 6 slices of gluten-free bread by hand and add the mixture of garlic, parsley and oil. Add the salt and pepper and mix them well. (you can also use a food processor)
Spread the crumb mixture over the fillets so that they are well covered.
Bake in the oven at 180°C / 350°F for about 25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.

- I do not write how much salt and how much pepper is needed because this is how you want the taste.

Good Luck and Bon Appétit!!!
