It was late at evening, I already made the light mayonnaise and now I was hungry, I was very hungry!!!
I opened the fridge and it only has a slice of cheese, mustard and the mayonnaise I just made, everything else in the fridge is with gluten! I’ve tried my luck in my gluten free kitchen cupboards and found a tin of tuna, a small tin of mushrooms, a tin of corn and penne pasta. I don’t like canned goods, but for an occation like this one of great hunger, it really saves my day.
This masterpiece dish was ready in exactly 12 minutes!

Tip: Check off the ingredients you have used in the recipe or note the ingredients you have and add the rest to you shopping list to buy them. - Attention: All ingredients must be checked that are Gluten-Free and without traces of gluten.

- I consider it’s a light recipe because, If you have tuna in water and not in oil, it’s only have 1.5 tbsp light mayonnaise and no other oil or butter. Of course, they are rich in carbohydrates, so you have either to found a way to burn them before bed or try not eat this very late at night.
Good Luck and Bon Appétit!!!
