2 ingredients Gluten Free Chocolates

Yields1 Serving

My first attempt to make chocolates. I had made the Homemade Bounty and had melted chocolate left over. I also had these nice heart shaped silicone forms and decided it…

Couverture chocolate whatever you prefer, classic, milk, with more cocoa, etc.
homemade hazelnut praline (see recipe here) or ready-made
1

In a bain-marie (no special equipment is needed, just place a metal or pyrex bowl over a pot of boiling water) melt the couverture, stirring it well until our chocolate mixture is smooth. You can use whatever couverture you want. My favorite is the one with the most cocoa but usually everyone finds it bitter.

2

Fill the silicone cases by 1/3 with the melted couverture.

3

Add a little praline to the center of each case.

4

Fill with melted couverture until the entire case is full.

5

With a spatula, clean/level the surface.

6

Let them cool well and the couverture stabilizes and they are ready!!!
