 6 Schär’s Soft Cookies, either White Chocolate & Berry or Double Chocolate or both
 200 g cottage cheese
 30 g icing sugar
 vanilla (optional)
 6 tbsp cherry jam or whatever flavour you like, preferably homemade

Beat together the cottage cheese, icing sugar and vanilla for 1 minute, in a food processor, so that it becomes smooth and creamy.

Spread the cream on the cookies, either with a spoon or with a piping bag.

Finishing them with a spoonful of jam on top and it's ready to serve.
