You can call it "Student's rice"! Is the easiest way for pilaf rice that always succeed. Easy to make it in the oven!
Fill your pan with water (if we can have it lukewarm, it's better), oil and salt and mix lightly.
Pour in the rice and the vegetables and mix so that the rice goes everywhere. (here I try to keep the vegetables on one side only).
Bake in the oven at 210°C / 410°F for about 50 to 60 minutes.
Mix it, if desired once the 30 minutes have passed.
It is ready as soon as your pilaf when no water/broth left at the pan.
