Gluten Free Bakaliaros Skordalia – Traditional Greek Recipe for Battered-Fried Salted Cod with Garlic Dip

Μπακαλιάρος και σκορδαλιά χωρίς γλουτένη για την 25η Μαρτίου αλλά και για όλο το χρόνο. Το μόνο που θα του λείπει θα είναι η γλουτένη!

 cod salted (which you will unsalted with water for 1 day) or fresh or frozen cod
 gluten-free batter (see recipe here)
 sea salt
 pepper
 oil for frying
 skordalia with walnuts and gluten-free bread (see recipe here)

Seasoning the fish fillets with salt and pepper (optional)

Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Caution! Don't expect it to turn pink like with conventional flour, but it will take on its color.
