Super crunchy mini Cheese pies! Quick, easy and delicious! The best gluten-free cheese pies you’ve ever eaten!

 8 gluten free Crust Sheets (see recipe here), 24cm/9 ½”
 2 tbsp melted butter for spreading on the gluten-free crust sheets

 1 small egg
 60 g cheese (semi-hard, gouda, edam, etc.) grated or slices
 100 g cottage cheese
 1 pinch pepper optional
 salt optional

Cut the slices of cheese into small pieces and mix all the ingredients for the filling together.

Brush the butter on the sheet.

Put some filling and roll it into a triangle.

Place it in a pan with Ø 21cm/ Ø 8” diameter that already brushed with butter.

Repeat for all the gluten-free crust sheets.

With the remaining butter, spread all our cheese pies on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
