 1 cup Greeek yogurt with any fat content you want. (*see Tips for replacement)
 ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  cup Apicreta’s Thyme Honey (*see Tips for replacement)
 ½ cup almond or coconut flour
ʉۢ coarsely chopped pistachios for decoration or cocoa powder (optional)

Mix the yogurt with the cocoa and honey.

Add the almond or coconut flour and mix well.

Form into 20 small balls.

Decorate with the pistachio or cocoa powder. (optional)

Place in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour.
