Naturally Gluten Free Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

I love lemon and this Naturally Gluten Free LEM-ON VINAIGRETTE is perfect for salads.

 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
 1 lemon (juice only)
 1 tsp mustard, use Dijon for better results
 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for vegans
 1 clove garlic, minced
 ¼ tsp salt (more or less to taste)
 ¼ tsp freshly ground black or pink pepper as I used for more flavor

Add all ingredients to a jar, close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are combined. Alternatively, beat them with a blender for smoothies.

Taste if need it more salt and drizzle over your salad!
