A masterpiece quick & easy dish! In exactly 12 minutes ready to eat! This is how our meals should be, quick & tasty!

 250 g gluten free penne pasta
 3 tbsp GF Light Mayonnaise (see recipe here)
 1 small can of tuna (mine was in water, but you can also use the one in oil)
 1 small can of sliced mushrooms
 4 tbsp corn (in can)
 sea salt
 pepper (optional)
 sweet or hot paprika (optional)

Boil the penne according to the instructions on the package.

Drain them and place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Mix them, serve and enjoy!
