The Perfect Gluten Free Vinaigrette Dressing for Green Salad

A favorited recipe from friends and family for many years. It is the most perfect vinaigrette that always succeeds!

 40 ml extra virgin olive oil
 40 ml white vinegar (if you don't have any, put whatever vinegar you want, it will still work well)
 80 ml water
 2 tsp mustard
 3 tsp chopped onion
 1 tsp chopped parsley
 2 small cloves of garlic, finely chopped
 2 tsp granulated sugar or honey
 1 tsp salt

Finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley.

Pour all the ingredients into a glass jar, close the lid and shake it well or use an egg beater.

Ready!!! We serve in our salad and put the rest in the fridge, in airtight, preferable glass jar for next time. It lasts several days. Before serving, mix it each time.
