Tip for Easy Crispy Gluten Free Small Fish Meal

Flouring the small fish is very easy with this method and they become very crispy and a delicious appetizer with the ouzo or tsipouro.

 3 parts all-purpose, gluten-free flour
 1 part polenta (corn semolina)
 1 part gluten-free breadcrumbs
 salt
 a large food freezer bag or an airtight plastic container with lid (Tupper)

Place all the ingredients in the food bag or tupper and mix them.

Put in our little fishes, close the bag with enough air or the tupper with the lid and shake it well.

When we open it, our little fish will have been floured with the right amount.

Fry them in deep saucepan with hot oil. Put an ouzo on the rocks and enjoy!!!
