You will love this vegan, sugar free, fat free, gluten free and guilt free, sweet salami dessert. It's only made with dried fruits & nuts!

 300 g pitted dates
 150 g dried cranberries
200 g mixed nuts without salt. I got ready-made bags that had almonds, walnuts, cashews, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
¼ tsp ginger (optional, I didn't add it this time)
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional, I didn't add it this time)
¼ tsp grated clove (optional, I didn't add it this time)
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional, I didn't add it this time)
for decoration
icing sugar or coconut chips or sesame seeds for decoration (optional)
1

Put the dates in a bowl of hot water and leave them for 10 minutes.

2

We do the same for the cranberries, so that they get some moisture and be soften.

3

Drain the dates and grind them in the food processor.

4

Then we grind the cranberries after we have drained them too.

5

Place them together in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients.

6

Mix them very well.

7

Put it on a parchment paper and roll it up so that it looks like salami.

8

Place the sweet salami in the fridge for at least 4 hours or for an 1 hour in the freezer.

9

When it is time to serve it, sprinkle it with icing sugar or coconut chips and cut it into slices.
