The viral bread/wrap with cottage cheese & eggs naturally gluten free adding my own touch of sunflower seeds. Ideal for those who want to increase the protein in their meals.

 250 g cottage cheese
 3 eggs
 salt
 red sweet paprika or pepper
 oregano
 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)
 white sesame & black sesame for decoration (optional)

Preheat the oven to 165°C/330°F at air mode.

Put all the ingredients together, except the sunflower seeds and sesame in a food possessor and beat them until smooth.

Optionally, add the sunflower seeds and mix them with a spoon.

Line a 25X35 cm /10”X14” inches baking tray with parchment paper.

Pour the mixture, which is quite runny and spread it evenly.

Optional sprinkle the top with white and black sesame seeds.

Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes
