I can not imagine summer without fried zucchini. Fortunately, they are naturally gluten-free, because it’s my favorite food.

My grandmother used to fry them in round shape, my mom in long shape and for me, until this year, was with batter!

And this year, the revolution to zucchini fries!!! A friend of mine, a man, because men that are cooking, always looking for the easiest solutions after all, told me to cut them and fry them as if they were French fries potatoes!!!

OH YES!!!
The most perfect fried zucchini ever!!!

In fact, even the kids eating them that way because they look like French fries. Also, my mom started to cook them like this.

Vegan, Gluten Free Zucchini Sticks
  • I always use extra virgin olive oil in everything I do because it’s healthier and we Greeks are used to have it always at our houses. But you can use sunflower or corn oil.
  • For crispier zucchini sticks, dust it with corn starch/corn flour before frying.
  • Combine them with Dip with Feta Cheese for a perfect appetizer!!!

Good Luck and Bon Appétit!!!
