My favorited cheese of all types, is feta! I grew up with feta cheese and always had been to our house. Even now, I prefer feta cheese on my spaghetti than any other cheese.
This dip is an ideal for boiled potatoes, for fried zucchini, for salads or simply on a slice of bread as an appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- 125 gr feta cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, until it smooths.
- Put it in refrigerator to cool it, before serve it.
