Yes Yes Yes! Just as you read it on the title, it takes less than 8 minutes to make this amazing cake, which has no sugar at all. The glaze is optional to give it another texture and maybe a touch of more sweetness for all of us who like everything very sweet.
Of course, instead of a simple chocolate couverture, you can add chocolate with sweeteners such as stevia. Also, you can skip the butter in glaze. I tried it both with and without butter and I can’t say that there was much of a difference in taste. But in terms of calories, was 😉
Bananas, eggs and cocoa are usually available at any home, so let’s go to the kitchen for 8 minutes to prepare an “innocent” dessert!
Tip: Check off the ingredients you have used in the recipe or note the ingredients you have and add the rest to you shopping list to buy them. - Attention: All ingredients must be checked that are Gluten-Free and without traces of gluten.

- Choose ripe bananas, almost blackened if you like. Because the riper the bananas are, the sweeter our cake will be!
- The microwave oven should be the one that rotates (go round) the dish.
Good Luck and Bon Appétit!!!
